My name is Eric Monette, owner of Monette Taxidermy. I take great pride in my work, using the best materials to produce the most lifelike representation of your trophy. I provide a high level of customer service and exceptional worksmanship. I am my toughest critic – before I make a phone call for you to pick up your trophy, I must be 100% satisfied with my results.
I received my training and certification in Iowa by World and National Champion whitetail taxidermist Joe Meder. Joe has worked with many big name companies in the taxidermy industry producing forms and glass deer eyes, such as Mckenzie Taxidermy Supply and Tom Powell Supply.
In order to produce anatomically correct mounts, reference photos are a must for any taxidermist. Before I begin a mount, my reference photos are in place for the expression of the animal I am trying to reproduce.
Why you should bring your trophy to Monette Taxidermy:
- It will be anatomically correct – to achieve this I use the highest quality materials and many reference photos
- I pay great attention to detail – for example, I hand paint around all eyes with oil paints
- Customer satisfaction is a must – every customer receives a contract with all work to be performed, including poses, bases, and extras. Everything is in writing, so there are no misunderstandings. All hides and antlers are tagged on spot with your name and customer number.
Monette Taxidermy is a licensed taxidermy business in Massachusetts.
Thank you for visiting. Please consider me as your taxidermist for your next special trophy.
